Due to the Darwin Leisure Property Fund’s ongoing success, the E,F,G & I Unit Classes have been subject to a “soft close”, when, for the foreseeable future, the manager will not be increasing the number of these units in circulation.

After 1st July 2015, purchases can only proceed if there is an availability within the relevant month’s dealing and these are subject to pre-approval by GWMS i.e. subscriptions are subject to a redemption instruction being received in the same share class for an equivalent or greater amount within that dealing period. Please ask GWMS should you require any units. Usual remuneration terms will apply.

For those who are redeeming units, these will be processed in the usual manner, as set out in the Fund’s Prospectus.
