The Premier New Earth Recycling Solutions Fund has now been closed and is being liquidated.

The Administrators have indicated that there is little hope of investors getting any money back.  Although things look extremely grim for us unprotected investors, Deloitte have confirmed in their latest report (dated 7^th June 2018, available below) that they are continuing to look at possible action for further recovery of funds.  A new article from International Adviser magazine on the 18^th June reports that “Premier Group directors could be questioned in Court”. About time that this happens!

I am taking the view that this looks like a 100% loss and that anything that comes out will be a bonus.  I am investigating possible Action Groups but should like to hear from anybody that knows of a “New Earth Action Group” that has the ear of the Administrators.
