The Old Mutual International products listed below include a monthly maintenance charge to cover our administration costs for maintaining the policy. 

In line with the policy terms and conditions in respect of the monthly maintenance charge, we review the amount of the monthly maintenance charge once a year.  As a result of this year’s review by and the advice from our Actuary, we have decided to increase the monthly maintenance charge due to an increase in our administration costs as caused by inflation. 

Following the recent review we have found it necessary to raise our monthly maintenance charges.

The increase will affect the following products:

• Managed Savings Account
• Managed Pension Account
• Managed Capital Account
• Managed Account Plus
• International Mortgage Account
• Skandia Care Account

The increase will take effect from 1 January 2016 and we will be writing to all affected clients to advise them of this change.

Details of the increase are set in the table below.

For the Managed Savings Account and Managed Pension Account (both sold before and after November 2002) and Managed Capital Account, when the Fixed Account Loan is selected, the extra monthly fee that applies will also increase to the level of the revised maintenance charge.
