LUCENT STRATEGIC LAND FUND UP 0.94% in JULY 2014  

Institutional Interest Confirmed in Lucent  

In July the Lucent Strategic Land Fund received its first institutional investment of £20million from a UK pension fund. This will facilitate a rapid and greater diversification of assets.  

In anticipation of the growing institutional interest in the Fund the Land Department has established, over the last few months, a firm pipeline of assets for acquisition and this is set to impact very positively on the Fund. It will take a couple of months to deploy this capital but the impact on the NAV will start to become evident as we go through the final quarter of 2014 and into 2015.
